Terms of use
The essential rules for using SentiAct and its suggestion-generation features.
Last updated: 13 October 2026
1. Publisher and contact
SentiAct is published by JB Interactive, the trade name of Jérémie Boucard, a sole trader (SIRET 109 954 172 00010), whose registered address is 16 rue des Troubadours, 31270 Cugnaux, France. Email: contact@jbinteractive.fr. Publication director: Jérémie Boucard.
2. About the service
SentiAct helps adults gradually return to physical activity by suggesting one small action at a time and letting them track completion. The current version is free and has no in-app purchases or subscriptions.
3. Not a medical service
SentiAct provides general activity ideas. It is not a substitute for a healthcare professional, diagnosis or rehabilitation plan. Automated suggestions may be unsuitable or incorrect. Choose only movements appropriate for your situation, use a safe environment, and stop if you experience pain, dizziness or unusual difficulty. If you are unsure whether an activity is suitable, ask a healthcare professional.
4. Account and data
Sign-in uses a link sent to the email address you provide. You are responsible for access to that mailbox and use of your account. Your account is used to save suggestions and progress. You can request deletion in the app. Data processing is described in the privacy policy.
5. Generated suggestions and responsible use
You choose the theme sent to generate a suggestion. Do not enter personal data, health information or confidential content. You agree not to misuse the service, bypass usage limits or use it for unlawful purposes. You remain free to disregard any suggestion.
6. Availability and changes
An internet connection is required for sign-in, synchronization and suggestion generation. Temporary outages or technical changes may affect these features. The publisher will make reasonable efforts to maintain the service and address incidents. These terms will be updated if the features or service terms change.
7. Complaints and consumer mediation
For a complaint, first contact JB Interactive in writing at contact@jbinteractive.fr. If your written complaint is not resolved, you may use the appointed consumer mediator free of charge: Centre de la Médiation de la Consommation des Conciliateurs de Justice (CM2C), 49 rue de Ponthieu, 75008 Paris, France. Phone: +33 1 89 47 00 14. Email: declarer-un-litige@cm2c.net. Information and requests: www.cm2c.net.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by French law, subject to mandatory consumer-protection rules. Any dispute may be brought before the competent courts after applicable amicable-resolution steps.
